First veggies

I was surprised today when I went out to check on the garden and found that there were mature peas, almost ready for picking. We have had a lot of lettuce from the garden almost from the beginning but this is the first of the salad fixings that is ready.

I also noticed that the first head of broccoli is getting pretty big too, but not quite ready got picking. The tomatoes are finally starting to put on flowers now too.

Looks like this batch of plants is going to do just fine.
